Underground wise she did good. She was a flop mainstream wise tho. But also she's an independent artist who owns her own publishing and writing which means she will get paid each time they showed her spitting her own raps on tv and also she gets paid more from her album sales than a mainstream artist would because she doesnt have to pay out to big heads of companies like a mainstream artist.

Actually when they did replay that episode years ago, they edited her rap and jumped straight to her getting kicked off the show. VH1 ain't paying her shit. She got screwed. And EXPOSURE???? Nasti Musik 08 only sold 4,000 copies (4 thousand). That's a flop album. Damn this bitch ain't getting no shine. She look like she smell like pussy.

Folks need to realize that when you are an indie artist you do not get the leftovers when it comes to money. This woman writes, produces, composes, sings and raps. She is the only one who is getting a check off of her talent. Artist like Nicki, Trina, Jackie, Lil Kim etc. have to give the label, producers, engineers, ghostwriters -- shit they get a cut before the artist does, and them videos are very expensive! Khia makes all of her money and her hustle is just sick-respect that, real talk. 1
