Hey I have a question? How many times a week should I do this or should I added to my routine. I have had the same routine for a while and I'm kind of bored. I'm ready for a change but not now because I'm letting my left shoulder recover from an injury. Any advice would be really appreciated.

@mostlikely94 i agree man i wanted to switch to dumbells instead of barbell bench, military press etc. but the maximum weight on my gyms dumbbell is lyk 30+ ibs.

If you don't have heavy enough dumbells at your gym, you are clearly in the wrong gym... :S :P
