first this IS hc! lol

second, i did turn boss in a way he gets near the little adds so ruby spell can aoe them all fast/easy. if u dont do that u end up having to many adds alive, and it will be to much damage to take...

u can see the damage near the boss(its the adds taking damage!)

all is in the video to see, u just need to watch what i'm actualy doing... :)

I've done it with emerald, keep 3 stacks of the dot on boss. stay close to the boss, health bars visible (he will melee if your too close)

Then, give EACH whelp 2 dots, and use the other ability to instagib a whelp every once in a while (the quicker kill ability is needed to keep the whelp population in control). Took me 3/4 tries to get it right.

Good to know Ruby solo is possible; I need ruby for exp. drake rider achievement :-).

Mate it is on HC. It's just because the Ruby spell number 1 does hit multiple targets

I was wondering too but then i saw the health on the boss and solo it my self :D gl mate!

I was able to solo him on heroic with a Ruby Drake. I was trying the Emerald Drake for the longest at first.

Worked perfectly and took 6 mins, 30 seconds.
