@LeviBulger Well I postponed it for 2 weeks. Didint care for the surgeons staff so backed out. The staff didint even have it marked on my chart. So I said screw that i found a doctor in jersey he used to rebuild the shoulders, arms etc etc for the yankees. I trust him better.

Oh GOD. Jan 5th im going in for this, to get some tissue removed and my bone shaved down. I know they knock me out but man it looks scary.

I just had arthroscopic sugery on my rotator cuff. I did not seem my video, but this helped a lot. Thank you for posting. It looks kind of painful.

@shildreth23 You had the surgery twice? How are you feeling these days?
I recently dislocated my shoulder again, but had surgery prior. I am now waiting on the results from the surgeon to seen if another surgery is necessary.
