Brenda Wootton - Cornish Folk Song

This is quite wonderful. Does anyone remember a very haunting song Brenda did called "Silver Net" - and where I could get a copy of it?

The curtains are open, steam on cold tile.

That was beautiful.

I met this beautiful lady, and miss her sweet voice very much. she used to perform funny songs too, and had a large trunk on stage with different hats and props in it. I remember her bringing me to tears with a song called ballena, which was about the demise of the whales.

What a beautiful voice this lady had, such a loss to Cornish and English Folk Music. Brenda, we still miss you!
