I'm not sure about Oprah, but I do know that she's the wealthiest woman in the U.S.. Bloomberg has about $16 billion so he definitely qualifies (and is very happy with the feudal system he's created in New York City).

LOL, I was going to say "Think Bloomberg" but you beat me to it. Oprah sort of qualifies but she would be on the poor side of 'wealth' by what I am talking about; upper %.01; multi-billionaires. I think I heard Oprah is worth about a billion.

I think they should just give away their automobiles for free. Most of their revenues come from dealer maintenance & repairs anyway - and there are usually A LOT of repairs. That's American-made cars for you.
