  • Yes that's the guitar part, I could never have broken it down to explain it like that...

  • Thanks so much GH, as a beginner, your lessons are invaluable. Nobody does YouTube lessons better...Nobody!

  • @andreas2901 I have the same problem you do. He teaches one way but plays it a little different. I am a beginner too. I made a comment to Goldhat , but he did not reply. At least you were able to figure out how he is playing and posted on youtube. May be, I can follow your lead to play this song as you were able to figure it out. My appreciation to you for taking the time to figure this song out. Thanks!

  • Anyway, think i've successfully tabbed both of your versions now. Sorry for the spamming and thanks a lot for your work Goldhat :)

  • There seem to be some differences from what you are telling us to play in the video and what you are actually playing. So i cant really compare myself to your version. Is this intended to be ? That you are teaching it one way but personally playing it in a different way ? im just curious, id still consider me as a beginner and so im looking for videos i can practise with and compare to. But if this video consists 2 versions i should probably skip this although it sounds really nice.

  • Youre telling us the first G is with a little sus but then youre playing it as a reglar G-major. Next thing is the little run. You are telling us to play C-major squeeze 5/1 then 4/1. Then a-string 2nd fret and b-string 3rd fret and go over to a-min7 but youre playing a-string 2nd fret and b-string 3rd fret, d-string open and then you move to a-min7. The Gs seems to vary too. Im just confused now cause i cant compare my progression with the song with your actually played version.

  • Hi Goldhat3, first of all i love your videos. But i noticed something and it would be cool if you could confirm that if im right or corerct me if im wrong. The first F (3:32) you are playing 6/2-4-1-6-2-4-3 but then you continue playing it 6/2-3-4-1-6-2-4-3 (4:17)

I noticed 1 maybe 2 more little variations so i wondered if you suggest to play it the same way cause it definitely sounds nice.
