The ferocious "May Day (S.O.S.)" opens up the rarities album Plush Funk, Volume 2 in the George Clinton Family Series. "May Day" was spawned from the same session tapes that generated Electric Spanking of War Babies (Funkadelic, 1980). Mutated, tongue-numbing P-Funk jam featuring Rodney "Skeet" Curtis on a bass about to break its leash.
