Of course it's Jack Kerouac. The lyrics goes like this: "Hey Jim Kerouac, brother of the famous Jack" - so how on earth can it be Jack the Ripper?

the reference to brother of the famous Jack is Jack Kerouac, who wrote, among other things, "On The Road."

who do you think of when you hear the line "brother of the famous Jack"? There is a lot of famous Jacks. For some reason I always think of Jack the Ripper!
