@raduaom Perhaps you are right. But I've listened to these songs, many have posted repeatedly Phantom of the Opera on my fb profile too, but still...I think I can "handle" the emotion...Anyway, If thousands like her, I am noone to judge of course. She still sounds cold to me. A good and trained voice should always be recognised though.

I would easily put the "not so trained" Nina Simone cd and enjoy the melody of a feeling... :)

@artanis82 well, to be very honest Tuomen used to write songs FOR her voice, feelings, emotions and she surely misses his genius. But you shouldn't make such affirmations before listening to Tarja's full discography, with and without NW. Saying that she things the same in every song is just wrong dude. Listen to Nemo, Elevenpath, The Phantom at the Opera, there's more emotions there than you can handle.

Well, ok, beautiful voice, but she sings likes she's in an opera house, without any "feeling" or emotion...I don't get it. Wonderful voice and a great performer (she's obviously practiced and she's a professional) but nonetheless, nothing more. She sings exactly the same way in every song! Cold and soulless. My opinion anyway, don't mean to offend anyone.
