this is the best wrist curl you can do. Dennis is the strongest man in the world, when he puts his name to it, you know its good.

  • I wonder why Dennis doesn't try out those Captains of crush grippers... especially the #4...

  • @thefanaticx The toughest gripper Dennis ever closed was a #2 Sliver crusher. I asked him years ago, he said he has never been interested in grippers compared to bending or pinching.

    thanks for viewing, i really enjoy this drill and it allows you to get a great worout with relatively easy weights.

  • What's the scientific explaination behind that? Why putting more weight on 1 side makes you way stronger?

  • Because it is loaded more on one side, your hand wants to turn over, but you will keep it level with your strength. It makes the wrist curl in to a combo flexation/levering movement. Very much like in real life, where you are often moving in several planes of movement at once.
