Well done Adam! You do a great job presenting this information in a concise and interesting fashion; I will try this movement.

I did this today at the gym, and it kicked my ass. Great exercise.

@PANZYUTUBEIS Okay..... since you insist he can do it that way, let's see him do it.. be my guest in asking him to do so, then film it..

@thefanaticx he could crush the beast with his pinky and thumb behind his back with chains on

@AdamTGlass2007 How tough is a "Silver" #2 compared to new ones?

I'm diggin' the demonstration and the White Zombie soundtrack in the background!
I wonder why Dennis doesn't try out those Captains of crush grippers... especially the #4...

@thefanaticx The toughest gripper Dennis ever closed was a #2 Sliver crusher. I asked him years ago, he said he has never been interested in grippers compared to bending or pinching.

thanks for viewing, i really enjoy this drill and it allows you to get a great worout with relatively easy weights.

What's the scientific explaination behind that? Why putting more weight on 1 side makes you way stronger?

Because it is loaded more on one side, your hand wants to turn over, but you will keep it level with your strength. It makes the wrist curl in to a combo flexation/levering movement. Very much like in real life, where you are often moving in several planes of movement at once.
