in november 2011 is just the SAME.
do not use airport shuttles either like SUPERSHUTTLE or PRIME TIME definatley not worth it after a long flight.
unless you want more headaches and aggravation.

Its really a big problem for people departing from airport to their respective destination with lots of bags with them and waiting for such inefficient rental car service. That's why airport car service is there for.

Nothing's really changed too much. If you're renting a car, check with your provider for shuttle details. There are a few smaller rental agencies who use the "parking shuttle" providers as their pick up/drop off, so you catch those shuttles under a different sign than most of the car rental agencies. The airport hotel shuttles are pretty efficient, and you can certainly get a cab pretty easily if it's not an airport "rush hour" arrival.
