I loved this song so much that when I caught Lugia on Soul Silver I named it Oceanis! Hahaha

Nice and soothing sound, the only really complaint I have about this is that it never really carries any strong sense of melody - if that's your style fine, I just think it could benefit from a more evident lead part in a few places (get's better in the end though about that)

it does sound soothing but why does lugia look evil as if it were going to destroy a town or something? maybe the return of shadow lugia 0.0
