The editor's POV. Again RAISE UP YOUR VOLUMN, KAY?

I wanted to say a lot in this one, but I also wanted to get it over with, so yeah. Plus 10 minutes is long enough.

Song: Madonna - Papa don't preach. (I know, riiiiitttee?)

  • there is to charactor developing.. have you ever read the saga? but some of your points are good, edward does stalk her. lol

  • @RosalieCullen167

There's character developing in other characters, not with Edward or Bella. None that are important anyway. She still thinks the same way as she did in Twilight. I've read the first book, read spark notes for New Moon, read the third, and again spark notes for Breaking Dawn. If I didn't read at least one of the books, I wouldn't make these videos.

  • Hey, the Twilight series actually gives me hope. If that piece of crap can get published, make millions of dollars, inspire many young people, then by all means, my crap can too.

  • @SnickerFriend2013

That's the only good part I seem to like. But at the moment, the only way to get published is to sell out. Notice how many vampire romances that are being published? Or how many of them have been brought back from the grave? The publishers knew what they were doing. The increase of hopeless romantic emo tweens, means the sell out of every vampire romance novel ever created, that reads at a 4th grade level.

  • I agree with your points, Twilight has a lot of issues as a story. Twilight reminds me of Avatar, very flawed but falls back on a classic storyline that generally appeals to the simple-minded.

I think that writing in general in this day in age has experienced an extreme drop in quality, and Twilight goes along with that. But most of those other stories aren't as revered, so that makes Twilight extra annoying.

You sound so nervous though, but your points are good.

  • @Bookworm51485

I sound nervous because I have a learning/communication disability that makes me stutter, or mispronounce words, ect when I talk out loud. That's why I say 'uhh' a lot. In person, I don't sound at all like how you would assume I would sound like from reading things I wrote like this reply.

  • @SnickerFriend2013 I get what you say and I slightly agree but I for one have learned one thing from the books and the movies, "Never write B.S. like Meyers did" and if I want to make a profit of writing I want to write something better then Twilight, Harry Potter was a well thought out and well written series.

  • @SnickerFriend2013 It reminds me never to make crap like this, write stories with well thought out plots, better lines and character developement and depth. eliminate cliches as best as possible.

  • To all of the twitards who think that it's a saga: SAGAS are told from the perspective of a narrator; not a character.

Look it up in a dictionary and suck it.

  • Edward is described as "incadescent," and I was like What. The. Hell. Throughout the story he is described ad being cold.

But NO he is so hot (temperature wise) that his body is glowing.

  • With Meyer repeating words, don't leave out the fact that for 19 pages in Breaking Dawn she basicly, while describing Bella going through pain she constantly said the words "fire" and "pain". I honestly thought 1 paragraph should have been used at the most.

How I know this is because I used to be a complete Twilight fan but I realized how shitty the book was. I remember EVERYTHING that happened in those books because the shittyness burns into your head. o_<

  • I tried doing a plot graph for various stories and then I tried it for Twilight and I was like, "Wait... this doesn't follow the standard graph... so what do I do?" Then I realized it doesn't have a plot

  • i used to be a complete fangirl of twilight, but a few months ago i realised the many things wrong with it, so i stopped being one XD if i could change my account name, i would ;)

  • @SnickerFriend2013 Are you going to reference every other classic Austen & Shakespeare as your own like she does too?

  • Well jst about everyone hates the cheese Edward says, nothing has bean more parodized

  • Great points. The editors are also soooo stupid because they put a passage from the book where is SAYS HE'S A VAMPIRE. That basically ruins the whole point of the beginning of the book! Obviously now everyone knows its a vampire book but when I read it I had no idea and it totally ruined it, those idiots :P I mean I was just waiting for Bella to figure it out (which took awhile) and it was so annoying because I already knew.
