I'm in black and white, this was my last win of the season. I was very ill, couldn't breathe through my nose, had fractured fingers, a messed up wrist, and other problems including nearly dehydration from water weight loss to hit 140.
Despite my amazing work ethick, dropping 15 lbs of water killed my fatigue, I could hardly breathe, and yet I still wrestled 6 minutes hard. This is just a video to show how much hard work pays off. 2 hours of constant hard drilling every day in practice, will allow you to go even an entire match hard even if you're deathly sick to the point where you have difficulty with your stamina after the first period. You must bring somethign with you in your match a lot of guys don't however, and thats a big heart.
