I just got fired for no reason from fed ex national LTL in Lyons, IL. The terminal is closing in january and I got screwed out of $3000 severance pay. Theres nothing I could do about it, I talked with 3 lawyers and they all told me the same thing, that in ILLINOIS we are all "at will employees" meaning anyone could get let go at anytime for no reason.

The song is "I'll Believe in You" by the Tragically Hip, a really great band. BTW that is-was a Union dock , Teamsters Local 375.

309 is giant,Buffalo was a dock of 140 drs. A decent barn that is now closed.The refugees from 231 are now at the Yellow (YRC) dock and that place is a hole.

This terminal was outside Buffalo NY right in one of the worst snow bands. Cold and snow all winter.
