Its sort of similar. I did notice though that alot of the clips used in the trailers and tv spots arent even in the film, or they have been modified slightly, which is a shame.

Here's hoping for an extended DVD version :)

i thought this movie was brilliant, maybe not as good as the first 2, but brilliant. McG is amazing, he works with supernatural too, hee hee! Brilliant trailer btw

this movie got a lot of abuse, and alot abuse for McG. I thought was movie was alright, much better than the shambles T3, I hate Sarah Conner Chronicles, its awful. Anyone who likes it really does not understand terminator as a concept, those machines in chronicles are the most poor excuses for terminators i have ever seen, people killing em easily all over the show its pathetic. Salvation (for me) as an odd one though, it was like someone was really trying to make it good, just wasn't their tho

i like the way MCG tries to limit how much he uses CGI so he can make his movie more similar to T1 & T2, u like T3 which jonathon mostow (absolute wanker) bummed CGI and lacked the willpower to be creative and rely on makeup and animatronics to make the film good...god bless stan winston & jim cameron
