Over the past few days my honey bee, as seen in the video, has suddenly lost power mid-flight and come straight to the ground. Then, the servos will go crazy and sometimes the tail rotor will be spinning (very slowly). Don't know what to do!

UPDATE: I have now fixed the problem. My 4-in-1 was not the problem, and it was in perfect working order (including a 7.5 amp fuse to protect it). Anyway, these problems were immediately relieved when I removed my extreme metal upgrades (I had the whole head totally upgraded). Now I am back to flying with the all plastic head and it flies great! Thanks for everyones help!

  • hi i just put the metal upgrades on mine the other day, and the servo started doing the same thing?

now i never had any problems before with the servo and plastic parts, im wondering if its static electricity thats building up and affecting the servo?

  • @1977Rainbo Sounds like the same thing! I really don't know what causes it, but I have removed all of the metal parts from my honey bee, they only caused me problems

  • are you hovering with no training gear yet?

  • @spysrus1 Oh yeah. I now have an Align 700, nitro, flybarless

  • That was happening to an E-Sky Belt CP I purchased about 3 years ago. All the servos had the shivers; no idea what causes that.

  • @Afrocanuk Hope that you figured out your problem. For me, I just had to remove the metal upgrades on the head and replace the servos and now it works just fine. I DO NOT recommend using the Xtreme metal upgrades for the Honey Bee, they only gave me problems.

  • @psygn0sis See the updated video info. Thanks for the response!

  • Your 4in1 is toast. Sounds like you're forkin' over the dough for a new one.

To protect your investment.... do a 4in1 fuse mod.

  • I buy two honeybees ,than you can testing the wrong parts.

  • i had the same problem with the V1 version.

I had to replace the 4 in 1 reciever :-(
