Welding, Grinding, Just cleaning up the frame while i wait for parts.

  • you should have used a muffler cutter to cut them off. it will be smooth. flux chores are fun. i traded my old X- box for one the other day! believe that?? oh and i have the same wire brush.

  • i don't have a muffler cutter, is that like a bigger version of a pipe cutter?

  • @ChildOfTheGrave13 Yeah, its only a 90 amp, it wasn't used for any structure welds, I try not to have the weld itself holding it together but instead use the metal itself for the strength and the weld just holds it in place, does that make sense? It's hard to explain.

  • Yeh listen to philberney he is right when you grind you welds there is nothing left to hold you meatle together.

  • dont grimd ur welds down. it defeats the object its strength comes in the spread of force throughout it
