there is 3 ways to unlock Rosalina But I Am Not Sure If The 3rd Way Exists...
1: Play SMG1(super mario galaxly 1) And Save It For 1st time (YOU MUST HAVE SMG AND MKWII OR THIS WILL NOT WORK) Go Onto your licence (if the homepage of mkwii is remolded) and it will randomly show up Rosalina. it`ll say "You earned a gift from smg!"
2: Get 1 Star OR Better In All Of The mkwii Mirror Cups.
3: Get 1 Star or better in all of the 100cc cups. (i will try this way to see if it works)
