Recently, tourism is enjoying a renaissance in Israel's Negev Desert. Visitors can enjoy everything from staying in an ecological bed-and-breakfast with its own desert vineyards, to a jeep trip through unique Machtesh Ramon, to mountain bike or camel tours.
