I've always been a big fan of the first generation Toyota Cressida's, you rarely see any of them around and I always thought the Cressida's were underappreciated cars, wish Toyota would come back with a rear wheel drive mid size sedan

hahaha holy crap they had those licence plates back when I was born in Virginia back in 1984 just plain blue and white before they went back to the darker blue border and blue hue for the plate number

Nice car, man!! If I ever got one of these '78 Cressidas, hopefully I will, I would go the the 2.6 liter V6. The more power, the better!!!

@TubCat12 thanks mate, i defo will upload a vid of our one, pretty bad nick atm and we confused about the name of the car as it doesnt say cressida anywhere but looks exactly the same =p it sucks being in the u.k with this car as there aint no good suppliers for old cars anywhere nowadays lol.

omg we have a toyota mark 2 chaser coupe 2 door deal, looks exactly the same but with two doors, we never knew this would come under cresida... does anyone know where we can get interior for it as out centre consol has been broken. we are working on the car trying to restore it =]

@feeltharythym I don't, I'd search junkyards for Cressidas if I were you. Also, if you know where to get a crankshaft or a harmonic balance for it let me know... XD If you ever upload a video of your Cressida let me know, I digg Cressida videos, no matter what condition.

I saw a Cressida of this vintage yesterday afternoon parked outside a residence and it appeared to be in good condition.
