Actually, the easiest way to beat this mission is to use the Falken's Tactical Laser and sweep the transport packs down the center (that's where the real transports are, the ones on the flanks are just products of ECM) and then destroy the two lead E-767's. After that, speed back to the starting point to kill the EA-6B Ace with the TLS, then race back to the remaining E-767 and eliminate it with the TLS. The escorts are nothing, even in Ace Mode.

Do what Ryan said, take down E-767s first and you should be fine.
