@StratMN Cool thanks! The pedal looks great btw. Where did you get those jumbo-sized nobs?
-
What BYOC kit is a good one to start out with??
-
@angryparrot well if you ever want to try it out, low power soldering pens are like $15 at radio shack and byoc kits have details instructions and everything. There's a few kits that are a lot more simple
-
its way easier than you think actually
-
He is using that MD3,
hope that helped
-
i would get the plans from tonepad (.) com and i would start out simply by a few simple soldering projects you can find online
-
what amp or pedal are you using to get that tone other than the trem and the delay? that overdriven tone is orgasmic.
-
are you selling this?

How did you paint the pedal before putting on the decals?
Unreal75 2 months ago
@Unreal75 just with standard hardware store spray paint. :)

Does you tremolo distort when you hit strings hard? Mine does even after setting trim pot low.

I guess I haven't noticed that... what kind of guitar / pickups are you using with the pedal?

looks good from here. how did you get the words on? did you use iron on transfers or decals etc.? i gave up trying to decal and have just been painting them but i'd love to get some nice graphics on them like yours. let me know how you did it.

I used the inkjet decal paper. I created the labels in Photoshop on my mac, then printed them on regular paper until I got the right size. Then I printed numerous copies of each label on a single sheet of the decal paper. Before cutting and applying, spray the decal paper with a light coat of clear - it keeps the decal from running when the water hits it.
