thats exactly why I bought Archos 5 250gb. The itouch is just too common and its lacking in space 32gb is just too little for a player with such a large screen.

Ok here is the deal ass kissing apple lovers. the samsung p2 is better than the ipod touch. why... because the p2 has a way better sound quality than the ipod touch. (i am speaking from experience because my sister happens to own an ipod touch and I myself have had many ipods myself). sure apple came up with the idea of touch screen no comment on that but look passed the badge. samsung has DNSe and all the useful shit like bluetooth and data transfer. apple as always just wants to look pretty.

@ShivaTheAuspicious As far as P2 vs itouch goes to me its like comparing a P2 to a top notch smart phone and saying that its better just because it can play music, games(possibly), make phone calls, surf the net etc. Bottom line is MP3 players are meant to have top notch audio and video quality not a gazillion apps and the ability to surf the internet or make a phone call. All im saying is that if your going to compare the two compare them on what mp3 players are meant to do.

@MarioFlam06 Being different just to be different is not as cool as being different while being functional/purposeful. The itouch is nowhere near as crippled of a device as the Samsung. $200 for an 8gig Samsung (with a neat EQ yay) or $225 for 8 gig iTouch that does apps/games, has two cameras, can be used as a phone/video phone, has capable internet (missing flash though) etc. Archos are the only ones that can compete with the iTouch because the price AND feature set are competitive.

@fracture041287 Technically, most MP3 players are the same quality as far as internal hardware goes. The only thing that sucks about Apple is those headphones (which used to be pretty damn good on the nanos from 2007..the short fat ones)

watching this the P2 looked pretty unresponsive he had to tap numerous times for it to work guess thats what u get with pressure sensativity if thats what the P2 uses anyway but itouch heat sensativity works perfect everytime

i hate apple!! Everyone has one and i think the P2 is just as good. Even though i have to admit the screen isn't as responsive sometimes. But apart from that, the sound is excellent, the graphics are really sharp and you can can easily watch something without straining your eyes even though it's a smaller screen. BTW i love my P2
