Patient aged 12 years with Hereditary spherocytosis, presented with abdominal pain. severe anemia, splenomegaly and multiple gallstones in the gallbladder. The management involved combined robotic Cholecystectomy and Spleenectomy (shown in separate video), through the same ports. The cystic duct exploration revealed even more stones. The gallbladder after its detachment from the liver it was placed in an endobag which was tied and kept inside the abdomen until spleenectomy was completed.
