That happens because you´re not really holding the guy, the game uses a camera trick for picking up things, the object(in this case the korean) simply dissapears from the actual world, and appears in your camera view, thats why he doesnt have a shadow, he is not actually in the game world. When you throw him its the same process but in reverse.

Oh man... that really takes away from the whole prisoner punching thing. Talk about depressing. That's when you _really_ want to see his shadow.

Koreans don't have shadows because they are shadows. They are rarely noticed so instead, they try nukeing hawaii.

There are some bugs in Crysis look at the shadow when you are cloaked you can see it and the shadow isn't fast enough to show everything at the right time
