Victory is the Only Option

While President Obama and Vice President Biden continue to seek credit for "ending the combat mission" in Iraq, this video praises the contributions of our troops for helping bring greater stability and security there -- significant progress that was only made possible through a surge strategy most Democrats like the President and Vice President opposed. As the drawdown of troops in Iraq continues, House Republicans are grateful to all the men and women in uniform, as well as their families, for the courage and sacrifices they have made, and continue to make, to advance freedom abroad and strengthen our security here at home.

Thank god we pulled out . The mission was completed years ago when Hussein and his army was defeated now let Iraq find their own way to Govern & vote to live like present day countries. should even if it takes their own civil war, We should only make sure no other country tries to enter fear.

@Christian121y By showing how ignorant you are of US foreign policy. Everything, even Saddam Hussein himself, was our fault. Throughout the eighties we gave him all the money and weapons he wanted so he could continue his war with Iran. We even gave him the chemical weapons to massacre the Kurds. Then we declare war on Iraq, bomb it for ten years, then declare war again, and finally occupy the country and lynch people off the street to torture them solely on suspicion.

Bush and Clinton administration sold out for oil and "peace" time and time again just so that they'd be able to say to their glib electorates that they were keeping America "out" of a guerilla war in Iraq(all the while the sanctions,bombing,and cruise misseling continued unabated with the American people not giving a damn).Yeah that was some fine "Establishment" support we had there.Quite.
