  • Margin of error cannot be a negative number, but it is a number HIGHER or LOWER than the average.

  • i'm an old head who went back to school...20 or so years from high school...gotta pass my Stat II mid term tomorrow...mainly covering CI -- THANKS NO MORE FREAKIN ANXIETY...I will here your voice in my head and now I am read!!!
