These videos are really good, no nonsense and straight up! I've starte to get really interested in cooking lately, and would lie to work in a kitch serving pub grub, grills and good British food :) so thankyou for these videos! Quick question: how to the herbs infuse to the flavour? And does it make a big difference?

It's nice to cook and if you have an interest in cooking food pub grub is a great start. It's always good if you can do a job you enjoy. I hope that works out for you.

ref the question: I have found an example that may help.

If you infuse something, such as a herb, you pour hot water over it to absorb the flavour.

Example: The tea was infused with herbs whilst it brewed.
