Canton Baby: The First Year

This is our video submission to YouTube's "15 Minutes of Fame". This is the story of our adopted Chinese daughter. Her name is Michelle Gee, and she came from an orphanage in China to the United States. She was very sad when we first held her in our arms in China, but now she's one of the happiest children. This 15 minute video is about a year in her life. The larger story is that International Adoptions can greatly benefit many of the poor and disadvantaged children around the world. It is sad that it has become very hard and almost impossible to do an international adoption. There is an endless supply of both willing parents and orphaned children. We have already opened our hearts, now we need to open our doors to the prospect of international adoptions around the world.

Hi Terrence. Which orphanage was Michelle in? Our daughter, Maya (JIANG Xin Mei), was in Jiang Cheng orphanage in Yang Jiang city. Your trip & experience sounds so similar to ours, I just wonder if they were in the same facility.
