so a guy can have half is face melted off and still be able to talk normally.... and that's realistic and intellgient?
GTFO
-
I enjoyed both, Jack Nicholson, and Heath Ledger as the Joker.
-
Gotham City WAS Chicago.
-
totally agree. tim burtons batman was very cheesy and unbelievable. This new batman franchise is much more intelligent and believable.
-
srry but when they made two face effect. they use cgi to make his face just for you to know lol
-
On two-face it was mostly cgi only a very little make up
-
why? because the Joker is so cool? okay but it could have happened in the last 5 minutes of the movie, and they should have skipped the whole Two-Face subplot. that could have been enough plot for the next movie.
-
for one batman doesnt kill and it would have ruined it

"The Dark Knight" will surpass the 500 million mark by the end of the weekend. I truly believe that this film will surpass "Titanic" which made 601 million back in 1997/1998. Who gives a crap about adjusted for inflation. If ticket prices weren't as high in todays market then yes, I believe that it would come close to making 1 billion dollars domestically. I've already seen this film 5 times and anyone out there that hasn't seen the film is missing out on a really superb masterpiece.

good review this movie was amazing im planing to get a heath ledger joker tattoo big fan of this joker that he gave to us he will truly be miss " This World Deserves A Better Class of Joker ... And Heath Gave It To US" lol What a Film peace p.s it might sound crazy of geting a tattoo of heath's joker, but people get devils, and a whole lot of werd, evil, stupid s**t. why not heath's joker lol that'll be awesome!!

The dark Knight got mostly good reviews, and I have heard very few negatives. On Rotten Tomatoes it got a 94% approval rating with movie critics. The Dark Knight has made somewhere around $400 million so far, and thats including people who went to see it a 2nd and 3rd time, and merchandise has been flying off the shelves, and you call that not living up to the hype?lol
-
well that's your opinion. My opinion is the two latest batman movies were poorly directed and poorly edited lumps of wasted potential. They could have done so much with the dark night and they failed to live to the hype that Heath Ledger's death created for it. The movies were well written but were poorly pulled off. but that's my opinion, i guess i just dont like realistic movies about unrealistic circumstances
-
yes u can compare them and no disrespect but tim burton batman was shite........
-
That maybe true, but people will always make those comparisons. In my review I was pointing out that I prefer a more realistic Batman movie, although I did like the first two Tim Burton movies, but I didn't like 3 and 4. You can make the case about living comic book and drama, but you can't make the case about quality when comparing those films.Nolans films are just simply the best.
-
you cant compare the batman of Tim Burton to the new Batmans that are being released.
Tim Burton's batman was meant to be a living comic book. The new batman is meant to be a drama
-
Maybe they are just out of stock. When I got mine there was only four left, but maybe in the future they will get some. The movie is big, and merchandise is flying off the shelves.
-
They don't sell that t-shirt at the Spencer's and Hot Topic where I live. ;-(
-
i completley agree i just saw it a few hours ago and it was awsome! 5/5
-
good review nice shirt
-
I bought it at a store called Spencer's Gifts. Spencer's Gifts is a store that's commonly found in malls.

Computer-generated imagery, is the application of the field of computer graphics or, more specifically, 3D computer graphics to special effects in films.

Yes it was Joel Schumacher, but it was part of the same movie series. When I said Tim Burton I meant the Batman movie franchise of the 90's.
