How the hell could Atari give a toss about an ancient game name like pong?

Does that mean my roms of A vs P and Tempest for the Jag are illegal cause if so, then Atari have BIG ego problems. If they are not going to release their back catalogue then they can sod off complaining!

Atari doesn't exist anyway, just an owner of the name, and they probably bought for pennies anyway!

Its the same as pong and in flash but its in 3d and VERY playable. Theres also a tron version for it to.
