@samanthajayneorr Good grief. You can do this with practically any version of Photoshop put out over the last 10 years. No, Photoshop is not free unless you steal it.

Are you kidding me? She went from nice to Photoshop Freak-show! Didn't you get the memo? The fake skin, overly saturated amateur coloration of the eyes, and GAUSSIAN BLUR (of all tools to use on photoshop for skin) is played out and just looks like an 5 year old was cut loose on the computer to process a photograph.
Creepy and dumb looking.
