brock lesnar has really badass trainers, i thought erik paulson was bad enough, greg nelson is a bad mofo, he knows alot of shit. so lesnar is getting all the essentials he just needs to execute the game plan and he'll be champion for a while
i was expirementing from throwing punches from the bottom in guard and found a new way to get better leverage. raise elbo above head and curve body so your punching arm is in line with your target. this also increses distace your punch travels. i was able to get a good snap on punch pad. if you want ill send you a quik video clip. jason roberts
