Ok, first of all, they all live in Russia, but they are not all russians, secound, this guys in grey are russians not ukrainian, but i think it doesn matter. I think the point of this is tho show the contrast between them all, and that they tolerate each other despate of this. "Za vashe zdorovie" is a kind of toast, as someone said, it means "for your healt". And i think i wouldnt lie if i said that its a part of slavs tradition.
