  • Tesla autos are manufactured in San Carlos, California with the motor and controller built in Taiwan.

  • Nice looking and brilliant, revolutionary design! Rear wheel drive, Floor placing battery, 0~60mph in 4.4 sec......very appealing. I would buy one.

  • @piemanization

Yes on their own co, partners not

  • Elon Musk is seriously my hero.

  • @gorrammit haha yeah i noticed most other electric cars like chevy volt or nissan leaf dont even come close to getting the job done.. its like a disgrace compared to this car because they didnt built a successful/usable car but we'll see when it comes out :D

  • This car is often compared to the Nissan Leaf, Mitsubishi [electric car], Toyota Prius and Chevy Volt, yet it's more like an Audi or BMW. That said, its pure electric drive train and its performance make its gas-powered equivalents look like Rube Goldberg machines - all those little parts moving about compressing and blowing up gas and pumping water and oil...only to get 30% efficiency...at best...

  • @dansemacabre17 money well spent...I hope, lol

  • Dear Santa...

Wait, it's not out yet? Darn...

  • @Mr7boxes

They are their own company, but I think they are partners with Mercedes-Benz and Toyota.

  • @FormulaWill don't be such a pessimist. I envy his need for change and it is an attitude that more companies should adopt. I heard a great quote recently. "The People that are crazy enough to think they can change the world usually are the ones that do"
