I'd ask Adam!

@blueswan1984 That would be the only plausible idea I could agree with. Tommy neverleft and after a putty fight in the park disappears in front of the rangers so the rangers teleport to the command center to get answers when the place is deserted the return to Billy's lab to make the calculations and maybe track Tommy on their own, episode ressumes as normal, except the part of Billy finding out they are making a new ranger that would have to be altered as well.

@blueswan1984 If Tommy's powers were in fact upgraded there would have been no point for Zordon and Alpha to conduct their experiments in secret the whole point of that episode was the mysterious new ranger. Plus it would mean that Green no More never happened. So Tommy would have remained a member If anything Tommy would have been presented the new coin(?) with the others around like the upgraded zords and weapons. Again it's completely unknown what would have happened, since you made it up.
I don't really understand why you chose to splice long shots of Goldar ana Scorpina into this opening, the long shots drag the fast tempo and action of the opening. Also considering they would have been seen n one episode. If you were worried about missing Green Ranger footage you could have just used the first version of the 2nd season for the opening and splice the Rocky/Aisha/Adam scenes when needed. White Light never happened so the Kim shot would't have existed either.

@trans8010 Since this is an altered episode, it would occur that the opening itself is altered as well meaning the shot of Kim is from an altered episode itself despite it was from White Light in the actual show. The reason to include Goldar & Scorpina in the intro was to give tribute for them being in this episode. Had I made the intro like the show then it wouldn't feel like an altered episode well it? Also notice that there are no sound effects in the intro, it was dropped for a reason.

@blueswan1984 But you yourself said White Light never happened so that Kim footage shouldn't exist in this what if. I consider alternate episodes that fans do as a what if. it's fun to think of these events as canon and for fans to recreate what could have happened if certain elements were changed, also to imagine this was the status quo to me the opening should have at least looked like a saban type opening.

@trans8010 I know what you mean but even though White Light never happen doesn't mean the event doesn't occur. If the clip is from an altered episode it could very well mean that instead of Zordon and Alpha 5 secretly turning Tommy into the White Ranger, they are secretly upgrading Green Ranger's power into the morphing grid so that the Dragonzord power would no longer be a part of evil. They would still fight Nimrod but Tommy is still green ranger and the Dinozords are still use.

@trans8010 Also every event that occur in White Light would still happen (the Command Center blacked out, Billy and the gang went to investigate, Billy found out about the hidden Power Chamber, Lord Zedd creates Nimrod, Rita landed on Earth, Bulk & Skull doing their parts, etc.) it's just that the episode won't be called White Light since Tommy is not the White Ranger anymore.

@blueswan1984 Once again what would be the point? The event in question wouldn't have even made an impact on anyone. Zordon would have just passed on a new coin with ties into the morphin grid to Tommy or some power transfer device into his morpher to complete the sequence, there's no ceremony needed for this, no experiments in secret. That shot wouldn't have existed at all because the episode it's featured in would not have been filmed in such a manner.

@trans8010 That's true but would only happen in your perspective though, most of the events that happen in season 2 would still happen regardless if Tommy is green or white. In White Light, Zedd was talking about bringing the green ranger back to the dark side, it would make more sense for Zordon and Alpha 5 to hid Tommy away from Zedd and restore his dragon power to the side of good instead of having it connect to the side of evil considering since MMPR never really used the Dairanger suits.
