Doughboy... Honda America did not go belly up. Honda's Ohio Motorcycle Plant was converted to build car parts... why because automotive out sells motorcycles almost 25 to 1....And Honda still has the South Carolina plant and Calfornia R&D for motorcycles and many other automotive plants in the USA...Plus American Honda Motor employes more Americans than Harley... Boy I'm glad my F150 does not shake, leak oil, and more like the HD. Imagine if HD made a car...hmmm or a plane

Talk up Harley all you want. I just sold mine to buy a Honda. I got tired of laying down good money for HD chrome to see made in China on the tag. I trust Japanese quality way more than Chinese. American Iron my A**!

Honda-America went belly up and now Hondas are only made in japan. That is due to Harley Davidson being much more superior in quality. Quality is what Americans want and that is why Harley Davidson is the most popular motorcycle in America. Japanese want Harley Davidsons also and pay almost double what they are sold for here. If the Japanese think Harleys are so great than don't you feel stupid for owning a Honda?

@sneyky Just speaking the facts. Japanese motorcycles cannot compete with Harley Davidson. Honda America went belly up and they build them in japan only now. Harley Davidson quality is the reason for that. That is why Harley Davidson is the most popular motorcycle in America.
