@littlestewie97 i was on a royal carribean cruise when we came along a couple on the carnival cruise and said that it is not all that great, most people agree royal caribean is the best, i hope this helps

its ike being on a floating city.....what on earth for? one franchise after another....how boring!
-
@dancingxchick, considering the fact that you only see balconies from the outside I'd say "yes".
-
If you really would do anything to go on the ship it's not that hard - just save up $800 and you have enough for a 7 day cruise on it.
-
are any of the rooms facing the outside?
-
just went on the mariner of the seas... it was spectacular inside
-
@spurrier07 Yeah I was wondering what SEAFOOD she was talking about.

Can you go to Las Vegas, wake up every morning to a view of the ocean from your balcony, catch a show every night for free, stroll on the boardwalk, walk in the park, see St. Thomas US Virgin Islands, St.Maarten Netherlands Antilles, Nassau Bahamas, all in seven days and spend every night in the comfort of your hotel room with all meals included? That is why I go to Las Vegas to gamble and cruise for vacation. DORK.

The newer Carnival ships are great. Which ship were you thinking about booking?

Not Included is your: Air transportation; transfers; items of a personal nature, such as shore & land excursions, specialty restaurant fees, some beverages, photographs, gratuities/service fees, medical services, etc. A real shock for me on my first cruise was the gratuities. If you use the guidelines the cruise lines suggest a 7 day cruise is over $100 for gratuities for the length of your cruise per person. The service is worth it but when you don't budget for it what a shock.
