The Dow lost over 500 points again today... bad times for investors and 401k holders, people please don't panic, the fortune 500's will be the secure ioption, it all depends on your age, near 62+ or those 25+ , older folks nee to adjust, younger folks hopefully can ride this crisis out but don't count on it..
