A Lei from Hawaii is a special gift, and you'll want to give it the best care possible. An Orchid Lei, for example, can last 3 to 5 days with proper care and handling.

When your lei arrives, carefully remove it from the box and gently pat it down with a paper towel to remove any excess water. Avoid storing it wet, as too much water can spoil a lei. Place the lei into a plastic bag, and put into your refrigerator.

Don't freeze it!

If there's no room in the refrigerator, a cooler with ice will work just fine.

A fresh, colorful lei from Aloha Island Lei is one of the best ways to show your love with a uniquely Hawaiian touch.
