@judgejeffreys u really are a moron arent u?u dont know what ur talkin about boy. yes, in the UK i did hear that they completely phased out incandescents but not here in the US. do a google search and on the top page its gona say .."Although the United States is not phasing out incandescent light bulbs, it has set minimum efficiency standards for lighting which preclude most legacy incandescent designs; these minimum standards phase in between 2012 and 2014. do some research, u sound stupid

Rant all you want son, it won't change a thing. The rest of the world is using CFLs and helping to reduce carbon emissions. And of course you will continue to decide how you light your home. BTW, have you tried candles yet?

@judgejeffreys Also, u hear this guy saying that cfls pretty much give off the same amount of light as incandescents. Anyone knows thats total BS. If these cfls are so superior like this guy claims they are, then why not let consumers decide that for themselves. they wana ban edison bulbs cuz government knows that most ppl LIKE ME prefer incandescents. Plus, since im paying for my light bill, i will decide for myself how to light my home. understand??

@judgejeffreys i dont care how much it will cost me.. incandescents give off much nicer light than cfls. i am proud of my home and i refuse to convert my house looking like the inside of a hospital or an office with gloomy ass cfls. if thats what u want, knock ur self out! Also, not all cfls save u energy. u gota consider that it takes forever for them to brighten up AND we use other electrical things in our homes. So in the long run u aint saving squat. have fun with ur gloomy cfls

Do please fit only edison bulbs. You'll not only be in the tiny minority, but it will be costing you more too. Good result buddy?

compact flourecents will never give the nicer light quality that ur standard edison bulb does. This guy is full of shit. Every cfl bulb i've seen give off the same ugly lightning. Fuck cfls and anybody who promotes it. all u greenies are a bunch of religious nut jobs
