  • Sea Stewards (producer of this video) in San Francisco was the original sponsor of AB 376, the successful bill to ban shark fins in California. We are now working in Canada, Texas and Florida in anticpation of a Federal ban.

  • Can't wait to eat at his restaurant!

  • If you're in CA, there is a ban on shark finning going on right now. Check out an organization called Sea Save on Facebook, I found out who to call there. I told my Senator I supported a ban on shark finning, and it took about two minutes. Torture shouldn't be a part of anyone's culture.

  • Good for him! Slowly but surely, we're fighting this horrible practice!

  • what a clued up, responsible and inspiring chef.

I'd eat at his restaurant any day.

  • very inspiring.. hopefully more chefs and restaurant owners will follow with a sustainable menu
