Obama's no show court hearing has effectively prevented his name from being placed on the Georgia ballot. Since the judged issued a default judgement and then allowed the plaintiffs to present an abbreviated presentation of their evidence against Obama, chances are next to zero that he and his expensive lawyers will ever be able to justify placing this DNC candidate on the ballot in Georgia.

The majority of people assume that it is sufficient for a person to be born in USA to run for President's office in the future. But this is not true. Both parents of such a person who is born in USA or US territory have also to be US citizens at the time such a person's birth. Even iif the person'e parents are just green card holders and later become US citizens it is impossible for that person to become US President. This is exactly the case of Bobby Jindal who has also similar ambitions.

So powerful people like Donald Trump should have brought up the issue that Obama's father being a Kenyan citizen makes it impossible for Obama to hold the office of US President because he was elected illegally and therfore his election is illegal, null and void simply because it violates the laws of US Constitution. The fact (no fault of Obama's) that Obama cannot fulfill the Natural Born requirement makes Obama subject to being a President elected illegally.

It hardly matters even if Obama was born in Hawaii (well, actually he was born in Mombasa, Africa) The fact that his biological father was a Kenyan citizen with a UK passport, itself made Obama ineligible to become US President if one goes by the US Constitution. Why? Becasue the US Constitution specifiically says that only a Natural Born citizen can become a US President. So Obama's father being not a US citizen made it impossible for Obama to be a Natural Born US citizen. Case closed.

If we can finally prove he has committed the biggest fraud in the history of the world it will be a Constitutional crisis requiring his imprisonment and potential execution. Next all cabinet members and other officials complicit to this treasonous hoax must be tried and punished for being an accessory to the crime of fraud. With any luck all of his damaging legislation and appointments will be rendered null and void. This is why his eligibility is so vitally important.
