Edward Kennedy Memorial Service - Sen. Orrin Hatch (Part 1)

I'm a Utah liberal. The Hatch-Kennedy friendship was real and fruitful. If more lawmakers, from city council members to Congress, could forge such relationships, imagine what we could do. Teddy Kennedy was flawed, loving, hard-working, and productive. He survived personal hell -- both from his own doing and from things out of his control -- that would have crushed most of us. He was resilient, he persevered and he redeemed himself. Rest well, Teddy.

It's a great thing that Orrin had such a great relationship with Ted Kennedy and was able to get politcal leanings out of the way of politics. Its time though to not let power and seniority get in the way of him going back to Utah.
