Was stuck at work today and couldn't even pick up the local radio thanks to the crappy receiver we have. That being said had quite a few people come in commenting on how sparse the crowd was compared to previous years, which I found interesting, especially considering how many people have always claimed that 'everyone only comes for the V8s anyway'.
On the plus side, less spectators would make it a better event for those who actually *do* go along..
