A Cell Phone or House Phone (maybe)
An iPod Touch (Any Gen works)
A Headset with Mic (to talk to the other person)

does your generic icall number remain the same everytime you call? in other words, can other people call your ipod touch using the same generic icall number that popped up from their cell phone?

I ask this because sure you can make calls, but if your generic icall number changes everytime you make a call, it makes it almost impossible for you to receive calls.
