Also lets know how these litigation suits work. This guy lives, he hires attornies who are greedy, ambulance chasers looking for this type of big score. They get hired on, sue the county for millions because they have deep pockets. Then the Departments attorney's often settle to save time and money on a longer drawn out legal process. It will be settled out of court not necessarilly because the Deputies are at fault, but because it makes more sense as operational expense

Total bullshit, these Deputies try, and try again to get him to stop, even blocking him in and then "Guns it" forward leaving Deputies little alternative, but to open fire. Obviously the Deputies injured themselves because so many were on scene and were accidentally placing themselves in the line of fire, but this guy is a criminal behind the wheel of a 4000 pound piece of machinery. He squealed his tires so he must die? If they feared for their lives then why did they walk out into the street? They acted like they wanted to shot him. What a bunch of idiots. does anyone here really understand what happened. this guy is not an innocent victim. he squealed his tires with an officer in front of him, the officer feared for his life so he fired. the other officers feared for the life and saftey of there friend and fired as well to ensure that the threat was elimenated.
