Thx for the view sir, but YES this is traditional wing chun.(look up william cheung) No we dont lean on our back leg, stiff arm/leg movements because....that just not effective these days. Martial arts have evolved since the time of yip man. No, this isnt stuff seen on tv, its actually fighting that works. Come down and train with us to see for yourself. All the best.

@ShaolinRyan Yes indeed you do! Fook Sau for example is taken from the crane system,Aparantly when the han dynasty ruled the first shaolin temple tried to train soldiers but 10 years to get excellent in animal style application was deemed to long! so the 5 elders of the temple met and sampled the various animal systems into a series of simplified movements! unfortunately the temple was attacked and burned to the ground! and Ng mi (an elder) escaped and well the rest is history as they say :)

Hey! i train under sifu kwok! have had the chance to chi sao with Sifu ip chun! great WC guys! nice to see chi sao taught traditionally with the inclusion of kicks! reminds me of the principles Leung Bik (supposedly) taught Ip Man! honestly i was watching expecting to see "pantomime" WC (like you see alot of on here), but was very impressed with your teaching turning etc, keep up the good work guys best of luck! keep up helping wing chun spread! screw the cross school red tape! @franciseric007 the point of attack while defending is used so that when the opponent thinks he/she has the advantage (usually lowers guard while attacking) to catch them off guard maybe not to knock them out but to make them lose focus/balance ect ^^ besides i dont think you can take any of these guys on mr expert village lol

@wingchundragon i learn so much in this video in german we say "is der weg frei schlag zu" it means attak when the way is open.
